*A NOTE FOR MASS. ADOPTERS* : Massachusetts law requires all rescue dogs be quarantined for 48 hours before you are able to take them home. This process is done at a kennel in MA which the dog's Foster will drop them off at. They are quarantined for 48 hours, then picked up by the adopter. Unfortunately, it is an unavoidable step in the adoption process for all Mass adopters. It also requires separate, additional fee at the expense of the adopter, paid directly to the kennel, which could range anywhere from $80 to $120. As these quarantine facilities can fill up quickly, this may delay your adoption by a week or two.

How will you acclimate children to the dog? What about their friends?
